The flame-retardant element "gold velvet" is added to the dyeing with larger sales volume. The fabric is made of polyester DTY75D as the main raw material; it is woven on a warp knitting machine, the product has bones and strength, the fabric feels soft, and has a strong sense of wool. After pre-treatment, heat-setting and wet treatment before dyeing, the fabric shrinks and the density increases; flame retardant elements are added in the dyeing, and then the high-humidity embossing machine is burned to obtain the gloss and fiber straightening effect. Golden velvet is not real flannel.
